The Spectre Expansion Mod for Mass Effect: Legendary Edition adds eight new clusters to explore, according to Game Rant. The mod was created by Audemus Tydeous as part of the wider Spectre Expansion series, and the current release remains in beta.
The mod unlocks the Arcturus Stream and Petra Nebula by default in the galaxy map, while players can also purchase access to eight additional clusters through the Baria Frontiers store in the Citadel's Lower Markets. Those regions cover the home systems of the Asari, Turians, Salarians, Volus, Elcor, Hanar, Krogan, and Batarians.
Beyond the galaxy map, the mod expands existing collection assignments and adds a new Alliance Black Boxes hunt. It also restores Mars' moon Phobos and introduces randomized squadmate comments on new discoveries, with a fully voiced Hanar Ambassador conversation available for players using the LE1 Diversification Project.
