Stamperor, a City-Builder Where an Alien Clown Rules, Launches on Steam

Vsoo Games has released Moon Mind Studio's PC city-builder, in which players stamp petitions as an alien clown emperor.

Vsoo Games launched Stamperor, developed by Moon Mind Studio, on PC via Steam on November 5, 2026, according to gamemeca.com. The city-building title casts players as an alien clown who unexpectedly becomes emperor and rules by stamping proposals.

Approval is handled through stamps, including discount, doubling and reversal effects that can be applied to petitions. More than 20 characters bring proposals to the emperor, and players must balance five core resources: funds, food, happiness, security and population.

The game includes over 30 facility types, among them housing, farms, mines, banks and military facilities. A run can be disrupted by 30 unique special events, such as sandstorms, earthquakes, plagues, inflation and giant desert worm attacks.

Five distinct maps and roguelite elements let players retry with different city plans and stamp builds. Stamperor supports Korean, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and Japanese among other languages.
