Escape from Playtime, Mycopunk among Steam launches of 20-22 October

Seven games launched or left early access across Steam and consoles between 20 and 22 October 2026, including the co-op horror title Escape from Playtime, according to Game*Spark. Escape from Playtime, set in the Poppy Playtime world and built for up to eight players, entered early access on Steam on 22 October 2026 at 1,390 yen, with an early access period planned to last about one year.

Also arriving on 22 October was the 2D boxing game Bruisers 2D Boxing, which launched in early access on Steam at 2,800 yen. The point-and-click survival horror game Soul Mates, which mixes in dating-sim elements, left early access and fully released on Steam the same day at 1,500 yen.

On 21 October, the first-person psychological horror cooking game Cucina Stellata launched free on Steam. Mycopunk, a co-op first-person looter shooter, also left early access on 21 October for PC via Steam and PS5, priced at 1,700 yen on Steam.

The two-player asymmetric puzzle adventure We Were Here Tomorrow released on 20 October for PC via Steam, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S at 2,600 yen. The co-op fishing horror game GONE Fishing, which supports up to eight players, left early access on Steam the same day at 999 yen, adding a proper ending, expanded auto-catching traps, fish-themed hats, a yeti on an arctic map and a musket.
