The machines feature a fully interactive Pip-Boy, an LCD screen, a shooting gallery with a Fat Man Launcher, and a bottle cap collection quest. The theme is primarily based on the Fallout TV series, with players experiencing the story from the perspectives of Lucy MacLean, The Ghoul, or Maximus.

The Limited Edition model includes custom Vault-Tec Yellow coloring, powder-coated edges, an interactive speaker and lighting system, RGB LEDs, a sculpted Deathclaw with kickback, and a Magna-Flip Vault playfield.
