Terminator: Survivors RPG Revealed, Now Wishlistable

Nacon's action-adventure RPG follows Terminator 2: Judgment Day, and its T-800 is not portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Nacon has announced Terminator: Survivors, an action-adventure RPG set after the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, according to Screen Rant. The game can now be added to a wishlist, and no release date or release window has been given.

Players take on the role of a survivor helping the Resistance rebuild society while Skynet machines hunt them. The T-800 pursuing the player is not portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger, the actor who played the Terminator in the films.

Nacon says the game will feature iconic franchise characters alongside original ones. It is set on an open-world map with base building and an arsenal players must maintain.

Older franchise roots

The Terminator franchise began with The Terminator in 1984, directed by James Cameron and starring Schwarzenegger; the film became a box office hit. The series grew to six live-action movies released across the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.
