Triomatica adds Chapter 2 to I Want to Play the Villain! demo
The updated demo for the theatre puzzle game launched with Steam Next Fest on October 19 and roughly doubles play time.
Triomatica Games has added Chapter 2 to the demo of its theatre-themed logic puzzle game I Want to Play the Villain! for Steam Next Fest, according to gamemeca.com. The updated demo became playable on October 19, when the festival began.
Steam Next Fest runs from October 19 to October 26. Adding Chapter 2 roughly doubles the demo's play time compared with the Chapter 1-only version.
The new chapter features characters that are harder to satisfy and raises the difficulty. The demo still includes the 18 challenges from Chapter 1.
The full game is planned for release in the first quarter of 2027 on PC, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and mobile. It will support 13 languages, including Korean, at launch.
