Valor Mortis Cast Revealed, Led by Behemoth's Nergal
Adam "Nergal" Darski voices Captain Raphael in the upcoming soulslike Valor Mortis, launching October 13 for $40 on Xbox Series X|S, PS5, and PC.
The voice cast for Valor Mortis, the first-person action soulslike from the developer of Ghostrunner, has been announced. Adam "Nergal" Darski, frontman of the extreme metal band Behemoth, will voice Captain Raphael. Darski previously voiced The Black Cat in Blacktail and narrated Apocalipsis: The Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.
He is joined by Jennifer English as The Shrike, James Alexander as William Dowsett, Vincent Cassel as Napoleon Bonaparte, Mars Lipowski as Lucjan Skawinski, Will De Renzy-Martin as James Stewart, and Yvan Chamouiseau as Louis Moreau.
Valor Mortis is set in an alternate 19th century Eastern Europe, where Napoleon's endless war has unleashed a supernatural plague. Players follow William as he battles former comrades transformed into undead monsters.
The game launches October 13 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC, priced at $40. It was originally scheduled for September 24 but was delayed by a few weeks. Gamespot reported the casting news.
