Wardogs Custom Loadouts Confirmed by Bulkhead CEO

Bulkhead CEO Joe Brammer said custom loadouts are coming to Wardogs, unlockable with in-game cash through the meta game.

Bulkhead CEO Joe Brammer confirmed that custom loadouts are coming to Wardogs. The confirmation came in a reply on Reddit on October 14, 2026, according to gamesradar.com.

The studio has not said when the loadouts will arrive. Brammer said they will be unlockable with in-game cash through the meta game.

Loadouts were held back on purpose during development. Brammer said Bulkhead withheld them so the team would be forced to test all Weapons in the game rather than settle on a small set.

Rebuy button moved

Bulkhead has also changed the rebuy feature, moving it to a less prominent button in the bottom left of the screen.

During pre-alpha testing, players frequently used the rebuy button even when they were being repeatedly defeated, which fed negative sentiment. When Bulkhead removed the feature for a few tests, feedback from new players improved.
