Bulkhead Cuts Blue Team Bonuses, Bans Wardogs Driver Exploiters

Bulkhead CEO Joe Brammer addressed two Wardogs Season 2 issues, removing Blue Team cash and XP bonuses and planning limited servers for update 0.25.

Bulkhead has removed the cash and XP bonuses that Blue Team players received in Season 2 of Wardogs, according to pcgamesn.com. CEO Joe Brammer acknowledged the problems with the season's launch and outlined the studio's fixes, saying the bonuses were an experiment intended to last about a week before being taken out.

The studio is also applying a temporary fix to curb a Driver progression exploit that let players level up quickly by making rapid trips to a nearby FOB. Brammer said players who exploited the Driver progression XP trick heavily will receive a 24-hour ban, a group estimated at fewer than a thousand people.

Bulkhead is preparing a midseason update, version 0.25, which will introduce what it is tentatively calling "limited mode servers." These servers will replace low-level servers and cap out level-four armor, power weapons, tanks, and artillery.

Season 2 context
