Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 Launches October 14 on PlayStation, Xbox and PC
Auroch Digital's sequel adds Battle Sister Nyla Veyrath as a playable character and more than 40 new enemies, with Mick Gordon on the final boss theme.
Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun 2 will release on October 14 for PlayStation, Xbox and PC, developer Auroch Digital and publisher Big Fan Games have confirmed. A demo for the game is already available, according to GameRant.
The sequel adds Adepta Sororitas Battle Sister Nyla Veyrath as a secondary playable character alongside its returning protagonist. It ships with over 30 levels and more than 40 new enemies.
Composer Mick Gordon, known for his work on Doom Eternal, is providing the theme for the final boss battle against Vashtorr the Arkifane.
A Nintendo Switch 2 version is also planned, but no release date for that edition has been announced.

The original Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun released in 2023 with Malum Caedo as the protagonist and holds an 87.43% positive player review average on Steam. It was set a few years after the events of Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine. Boltgun 2 was first teased in May 2025.
