Battlefield 6 Leads Xbox Game Pass October 2026 Lineup
Microsoft's first October 2026 Game Pass wave adds Battlefield 6 on October 13, alongside seven day-one launches and nine departures on October 15.
Microsoft has announced the first batch of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in October 2026, with Battlefield 6 among the headline additions, according to Eurogamer. The wave also includes seven all-new games that arrive on the service the same day as their full launches.
Echo Weaver, Forever Ago and Neon Abyss 2 land on Game Pass on 8 October. Battlefield 6, Deep Dish Dungeon and Valor Mortis follow on 13 October, with Bluey's Happy Snaps and Chained Beasts arriving on 15 October. Beyond These Stars closes out the batch on 16 October.
The same 15 October date marks a round of departures: Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Donut County, Pacific Drive, A Plague Tale: Requiem, Evil West, Crime Scene Cleaner, Nova Roma, Superball and The Casting of Frank Stone all leave the service that day.
Battlefield 6 sold over 7 million copies in its first three days at launch, breaking series records and topping Steam's best-seller charts, and post-launch updates and a Top Gun collaboration kept it active into the following year. Layoffs occurred at Battlefield Studios in March. Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 debuted on Game Pass early last year.
