Ahsoka Season 2 Confirms Mortis Gods and Hayden Christensen's Return

Dave Filoni, Co-President of Lucasfilm, has confirmed that the Mortis Gods will play a role in Ahsoka season 2. The news comes as part of the ongoing expansion of the Star Wars universe on streaming.

The Mortis Gods were first introduced in Star Wars: The Clone Wars as the Son, the Daughter, and the Father. The Son represented the dark side, the Daughter the light, and the Father balance. All three were dead by the end of their arc in The Clone Wars.

In Ahsoka season 1, Baylan Skoll was seen hunting for the Mortis Gods, setting up a major storyline for the next season. Hayden Christensen is also confirmed to return as Anakin Skywalker, who appeared as a Force Ghost in season 1.

Anakin Skywalker did not appear in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, making his return in Ahsoka a significant moment for fans. The second season is highly anticipated as it continues the story of Ahsoka Tano and her allies.
