Alternativa Distribution has acquired selected rights to several films, including No Good Men, ahead of its debut at the MIPCOM market in Cannes, according to deadline.com. The company will present Lost Land, Elephants in the Fog and Four Daughters to buyers at the market.
The sales lineup covers multiple territories. Alternativa Distribution will shop Elephants in the Fog across Asia and Latin America, and No Good Men in Asia and the MENA region.
Four Daughters will be offered in Latin America and Asia. Lost Land will be sold across Southeast Asia excluding Malaysia, as well as the Nordics, Poland and Portugal.

Earlier this year, Alternativa launched its distribution arm to sell impact-driven films to broadcasters and streamers, with a ten-film slate that included the Un Certain Regard titles If Only I Could Hibernate and A Poet. Among the titles now on its MIPCOM slate, Elephants in the Fog competed in Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival this year and won the Jury Prize, and was Nepal's submission for Best International Feature Film at the Academy Awards. Lost Land won the Orizzonti Special Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival. Four Daughters shared the L'Œil d'Or for Best Documentary at Cannes and was nominated for Best Documentary Feature at the Academy Awards. No Good Men was the Berlin Film Festival opener.
