Amazon MGM Adapting Audible Original A Murder to Remember

Amazon MGM Studios is developing a feature adaptation of the Audible Original A Murder to Remember, with Michael Sucsy set to direct from his own script, according to Deadline.
Sucsy will executive produce through his HungryDuck Productions alongside Audible's Rachel Ghiazza and Brynn Kelly. Audible's Jackie Levine and Marshall Lewy are producing with Windlight Pictures' Moritz Polter and Cosima Degler.
Sucsy developed the project with Levine at Audible and Polter at Windlight Pictures before it was set up at Amazon MGM Studios, Deadline reports.
Sucsy's earlier work
Brynn Kelly's audiobook A Murder to Remember was released in February 2024. Sucsy previously directed Grey Gardens, the HBO drama starring Drew Barrymore and Jessica Lange that received 17 Emmy nominations and won six.
His other directing credits include Sony's The Vow, starring Rachel McAdams and Channing Tatum, which grossed $196 million worldwide against a $30 million budget; MGM's Every Day, based on David Levithan's novel; and Netflix's 13 Reasons Why.
