Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender Novelization Set for November 10

Written by Allison King and published by Abrams Books, the 256-page hardcover expands on the Paramount+ animated film with new scenes.

Abrams Books has announced an official novelization of Avatar Aang: The Last Airbender, written by Allison King, that will arrive on November 10, 2026, according to Screen Rant. The publisher also shared an exclusive excerpt from the book's first chapter.

The hardcover edition is priced at $30 USD and runs 256 pages. Rather than simply retelling the animated Paramount+ film, the novel adds scenes showing the group rebuilding a world scarred by conflict.

The animated film began streaming on Paramount+ on July 25, 2026. In its story, Aang ended the Hundred Year War years earlier, after which he and his friends became legends.
