Avatar: Seven Havens debuts first three episodes on Paramount Plus
The new animated series from returning creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko is set over 200 years after The Legend of Korra.
The first three episodes of Avatar: Seven Havens are now streaming on Paramount Plus, according to Polygon. The series marks a return to the franchise for creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko.
The show is animated by French studio La Chouette Compagnie. Its story centers on identical twin Avatars named Nisha and Pavi.
The events of Seven Havens unfold more than 200 years after those of The Legend of Korra, placing it well beyond the timeline of the original series and its first sequel.
The franchise's previous animated chapter, The Legend of Korra, concluded on Dec. 19, 2014, when Nickelodeon released its final two episodes on Nick.com. A live-action remake of Avatar: The Last Airbender was also released previously.
