Avatar: Seven Havens Finale Unlocks Pavi's Chakra State
Episode 13, "The Root Chakra," ends season 1 with Pavi mastering a new power and learning the truth about Nisha and the Anomaly.
The season 1 finale of Avatar: Seven Havens, episode 13, titled "The Root Chakra," has aired, closing out the first season with Pavi unlocking the first of seven chakras and entering what the creators call the "Chakra State," according to Screen Rant.
In the finale, Pavi unblocks her Root Chakra and gains a temporary power boost similar to the Avatar State. She uses it to defeat the Anomaly, channeling its destructive energy and releasing it into the sky.
The episode also reveals the origin of the threat: Nisha manifested the Anomaly from her fear and pain after being abandoned by her parents.
With the Anomaly defeated, Pavi encounters the spirits of Korra, Aang, Roku, and Kyoshi in a cosmic void. She then sees the Floating Isles, a coastal city she must reach to unlock her sacral chakra.
What comes next
Creators Michael Dante DiMartino, Sehaj Sethi, and Ethan Spaulding said the sacral chakra deals with pleasure and is blocked by guilt. Season 2 of Avatar: Seven Havens is confirmed, along with seasons 3 and 4.
The seven-chakra structure has roots in Avatar: The Last Airbender, where Guru Pathik taught Aang that the chakras must be opened in order for an Avatar to enter and control the Avatar State.
