BBC and BritBox have announced a six-part mystery series titled "Hercule," with Edward Bluemel set to play a younger Hercule Poirot, according to Collider. The series will adapt three Agatha Christie novels into six one-hour episodes.
The first two episodes are confirmed adaptations of "Lord Edgware Dies" and "Peril at End House." The supporting cast includes Henry Ashton, James D'Arcy, Calvin Demba, Phil Dunning, Jack Gleeson, Tamsin Greig, James Nesbitt, Guy Remmers, Rebecca Rittenhouse, and Mawaan Rizwan.
The series is expected to be available on BBC iPlayer in Britain by late 2027. BritBox will show the series in the United States.
