A new trailer for the Prime Video series Blade Runner 2099 debuted during the show's panel at New York Comic-Con 2026, according to slashfilm.com.
The series stars Hunter Schafer as Cora, a human posing as a replicant Blade Runner, and Michelle Yeoh as a Blade Runner named Olwen who is in the last week of her life. Silka Luisa serves as showrunner.
The show takes place 50 years after the events of the previous film. In an interview published by IGN ahead of the show's NYCC panel, Luisa explained what it means for a replicant to face their mortality.
Release Plans
All eight episodes of Blade Runner 2099 will be released on Prime Video on November 25, 2026.
