Coven Academy Renewed for Season 2 at Disney
Disney has picked up a second season of Coven Academy, but no release date for the new chapter has been announced yet.
Disney has officially renewed Coven Academy for Season 2, the company announced. No release date for the new season has been revealed.
The renewal follows the series' arrival on Disney+, where all episodes were added to the platform's library on October 2. Coven Academy is also available on Hulu in the United States.
According to collider.com, Chapter 1 of Coven Academy drew more than 20.3 million views during its initial period.
The series sits within Marvel Studios' television output, which the studio launched on Disney+ in 2021. That run began with WandaVision, which started the Wanda and Vision story, and continued with Agatha All Along, which introduced the character Billy Maximoff.
Marvel never publicly confirmed whether Agatha All Along would be renewed or canceled. The studio's upcoming slate also includes VisionQuest.
