Fox has scheduled the premiere of its Baywatch reboot series for January 6, 2027, at 9 p.m., according to Variety, which confirmed the date and released a new image of the main cast.
The cast image features Stephen Amell, Jessica Belkin, Olivia Dunne, Brooks Nader and Noah Beck. Amell plays Hobie Buchanan, whose estranged daughter arrives hoping to work alongside him.
Fox greenlit the reboot series in September 2025. The new show returns to the lifeguard franchise that first ran from 1989 to 2001, led by David Hasselhoff.
A 2017 Baywatch film starring Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron performed poorly with critics and at the box office.
