HBO's The Gilded Age is getting a holiday soundtrack. Voices of The Gilded Age: The Christmas Album arrives Friday, November 6, featuring cast members performing Christmas classics alongside two original songs.
The 15-track album includes performances by Christine Baranski, Carrie Coon, Morgan Spector, Audra McDonald, and Kelli O'Hara. Baranski performs "We Need a Little Christmas," McDonald takes on "I Wonder As I Wander," and O'Hara sings "I'll Be Home for Christmas." The three also join forces with Donna Murphy for "I Remember."
Both original songs were written by album producer Desmond Child. Murphy performs "It's Been Real," while Ben Ahlers performs "The World Needs Some Christmas," which is available to stream now.
Coon and Spector also read "'Twas the Night Before Christmas" in three parts across the album.
