Greg Maurice, a former executive at eOne and 1091 Pictures, and pastor Stephon Chaney have launched Ark Clb, a media company focused on acquiring, financing, producing and distributing faith and family films and TV, according to Deadline.
The company will be based in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Chaney serves as Co-Founder and Head of Strategic Partnerships.
Maurice said Ark Clb will also work on stories rooted in redemption, resilience, family, forgiveness, purpose and hope.
Maurice previously spent two years acquiring for the online platform Filmhub, and served as Senior Director, Global Acquisitions & Co-Productions for 1091 between 2020 and 2024. Before that he was Director of Marketing & Acquisitions at Entertainment One from 2012 to 2018, and a Content Director at Fox Sports from 2010 to 2011.
Chaney worked at Salesforce, BetterUp and Thrive Global before moving into full-time ministry in Atlanta, Georgia.
