IDW to Collect Star Trek: The Next Generation Mirror Universe Comics
The 408-page paperback gathers IDW's three Mirror Universe miniseries about the ISS Enterprise and Captain Jean-Luc Picard, priced at $13.99.
IDW Publishing is gathering its Mirror Universe comics from Star Trek: The Next Generation into a single paperback volume, Star Trek: The Next Generation – The Mirror Universe: IDW Classic Collections, set for release on February 2, 2027. Collider reported the collection.
The edition runs 408 pocket-sized pages and measures six inches by nine inches. It is priced at $13.99 USD.
The collection brings together IDW's three Mirror Universe miniseries, which follow the ISS Enterprise and its captain, Jean-Luc Picard. Star Trek: The Next Generation never returned to the Mirror Universe on screen.
The alternate reality was first introduced in the Star Trek: The Original Series episode "Mirror, Mirror," in which the Enterprise crew swap places with counterparts from a universe ruled by the conquering Terran Empire. Later Star Trek series including Deep Space Nine, Enterprise and Discovery also explored the concept.
The announcement comes as Star Trek: The Next Generation's 40th anniversary approaches next year.
