James Gunn Denies Grillo Repost Confirms Adria Arjona as Wonder Woman
Gunn said Frank Grillo shared an unofficial DCU cast poster only because it featured his own photo, not to hint at Arjona's role.
James Gunn has publicly denied that Frank Grillo's repost of an unofficial DCU cast poster confirms Adria Arjona as Wonder Woman, according to gamesradar.com. Gunn said Grillo shared the image simply because it included a photo of Grillo himself.
Gunn also stated that Grillo does not know which character Arjona is playing in the DCU. To back this up, Gunn shared a text message exchange between the two men about the repost.
Arjona has said in an interview that she knew which character she was auditioning for and mentioned her costume, without naming the role.
