Johnny Flynn Says HBO's Harry Potter Series Runs 10 Hours
The Lucius Malfoy actor discussed the adaptation's runtime at the London Film Festival, though HBO has not confirmed an episode count.
Johnny Flynn, who plays Lucius Malfoy in HBO's Harry Potter series, indicated the adaptation will run for 10 hours, according to collider.com. The actor spoke about the series at the London Film Festival.
HBO has not officially announced an expanded episode count or runtime for the series, leaving Flynn's figure unconfirmed by the network.
The new adaptation is intended to address content cut from the Harry Potter films, particularly Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix, and Flynn's Lucius Malfoy debuts earlier in the series than the character does in Chamber of Secrets.
