Mary Livanos, executive producer of the upcoming Marvel series VisionQuest, said viewers will feel the brotherly love when Wiccan and Speed eventually appear together in the MCU, according to gamesradar.com.
Livanos said she dreamt of bringing Speed and Wiccan to the Marvel Universe, an idea flirted with during WandaVision. She added that it is exciting to see Tommy Maximoff come to the screen and that Joe Locke and Ruaridh Mollica have become quite chummy.
In VisionQuest, Tommy (Ruaridh Mollica), aka Speed, is living on the street and using his speedy powers for pickpocketing schemes before he is introduced to his father, Vision.
The first two episodes of VisionQuest are set to hit Disney Plus on October 14.
Background
During WandaVision, the idea of bringing Speed and Wiccan to the Marvel Universe was flirted with, according to Livanos. Billy Maximoff, aka Wiccan, made his first real appearance in Agatha: All Along, where Joe Locke's character was known as 'Teen' until episode 6 revealed his identity. At the end of Agatha: All Along, Billy and Agatha set out to find his twin brother Tommy.
