The collectible is the second release in Master Replicas' desktop replica collection, following the Serpent Guard helmet. It was digitally sculpted using a study of the original props, and is made of polyresin, measuring just under 6 inches (15 cm) tall including its display stand.
Where the Horus Guards Come From
The Horus Guards were first introduced in the original 1994 Stargate film. Stargate SG-1 later revealed them as elite Jaffa warriors serving Ra's family, and they served Heru'ur, also known as ''Horus the Elder,'' a System Lord and son of Ra and Hathor. Stargate SG-1 ran from 1997 to 2007.
