"Matt is a remarkable talent executive whose taste, relationships and relentless advocacy for artists have made him one of the most respected people in our business," Brillstein's Jon Liebman said. Gersh President Leslie Siebert also issued a statement on the move.
A career built at Gersh
Vioral joined Gersh at the start of his career, entering the agency's mailroom after graduating from UCLA, and was elevated from executive assistant to agent in 2010. He is a Los Angeles native and a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Starkey had already been represented by Brillstein for more than two years before the transition.
