Netflix has tapped Daisy Jelley and Connor Simos to lead its adaptation of Hannah Grace's hockey romance Icebreaker, the first book in the Maple Hills trilogy.
Netflix has found its leads for Icebreaker. Daisy Jelley and Connor Simos will star in the series adaptation of Hannah Grace's bestselling novel, according to Deadline.
Jelley will play Anastasia 'Stassie' Allen, while Simos takes on the role of Nate Hawkins. The series is a college hockey romance drama.
Icebreaker is the first book in Grace's Maple Hills trilogy. The novel spent 70 weeks atop the New York Times bestseller list and has sold nearly 5 million copies worldwide. The three-book series has surpassed 7.5 million copies in global sales.
The book was originally published in November 2022, with a wide release in 2023.
