Netflix's One Piece Season 3 Titled The Battle of Alabasta

The live-action series' third season carries the subtitle "The Battle of Alabasta," closing out the show's first era.

Netflix's live-action One Piece will return for a third season subtitled "The Battle of Alabasta," according to screenrant.com. The subtitle marks the end of the show's first era.

Netflix has not announced a release date for the season.

The live-action series previously adapted the manga's Alabasta Saga across its first two seasons, which covered the story material that precedes the events of the third season's title.

A long-running source

Eleven years ago, creator Eiichiro Oda set the Guinness world record for "most copies published for the same comic book series by a single author." The manga remains ongoing.

Netflix's adaptation of One Piece was a critical hit and has been singled out as one of the best live-action adaptations of a manga to date.
