Dogan, who consulted for Paramount+ for nine months, will report to Sarah Aubrey and oversee reality programming.
Paramount+ has appointed Damla Dogan as its head of unscripted, giving her oversight of reality programming at the streamer, according to deadline.com.
Dogan will report to Sarah Aubrey, Head of Paramount+, Max Originals and International Programming. She joins after a nine-month consulting stint with Paramount+, during which she worked on buying projects including Making Love and Team Moms.
The appointment follows the leadership lineup announced last week by Casey Bloys, Co-Chair and Chief Content Officer of Skydance DTC, for HBO Max and Paramount+.
Before her consulting role, Dogan spent six years at Netflix as Director of Unscripted Originals, working on series including Owning Manhattan, The Circle and Bling Empire. Earlier, she spent 11 years at E!
