Paramount+ Lands A24's 'The Ministry of Time' for U.S. Streaming
Paramount+ has acquired U.S. and international streaming rights to A24's BBC series 'The Ministry of Time,' plus two other A24 shows.
Paramount+ has acquired the streaming rights to The Ministry of Time, an A24-produced series made for BBC iPlayer and BBC One, in the U.S. and select international locations. The deal also includes two other A24 shows: the comedy It Gets Worse and the coming-of-age drama Major Players.
The Ministry of Time consists of six episodes. Release dates for the series have not been announced.
The series is based on Kalian Bradley's novel The Ministry of Time, which was a 2024 bestseller and landed on the New York Times bestseller list. It was adapted by Emmy-winning writer Alice Birch, known for Normal People and Succession.
The cast includes Aoife Hinds and Billy Howle, with Aneil Karia as lead director. ScreenRant reported the acquisition.
