Peacock Prepares Streaming Bundles After Hitting 48 Million Subscribers

Comcast Co-CEO Michael Cavanagh says the bundles will vary by partner type and are designed to be additive to the business.

Peacock is preparing bundles with other streaming platforms after reaching 48 million subscribers, according to screenrant.com. The NBCUniversal-owned service added 2 million users to reach that figure. The specific partner platforms for the bundles have not been announced.

Comcast Co-CEO Michael Cavanagh said different bundles will differ by partner type and are meant to be additive to the business.

Peacock launched in 2020. In the second quarter of 2025, the service turned a profit for the first time, with $189 million after losing $101 million the year prior. Revenue growth rose to $1.9 billion over the same period.

Events such as the FIFA World Cup helped drive subscriber growth. The subscriber count stayed the same in the third quarter.

Over the summer, Peacock announced a YouTube partnership giving YouTube Premium subscribers access to the service. Peacock also previously offered an Apple deal at $17.99 per month for Apple TV and Peacock Premium, and $22.99 for Apple TV and Peacock Premium Plus.
