Crisp spent 25 years at The Kohner Agency before recent layoffs in its talent department, according to Deadline.
Her move follows that of Amanda Glazer, another 25-year Kohner veteran, who joined Innovative Artists Entertainment in recent days.
Before Kohner, Crisp graduated from UCLA and started her career in the mailroom at Triad Artists shortly before it was acquired by William Morris. She went on to work at WMA as an assistant, talent coordinator and then agent, mentored by Nicole David.
