Select Canada Hires Jami McGuigan as Talent Manager
Select Management Group adds Jami McGuigan to its Toronto team, where she will work with digital talk show and format creators.
Select Management Group announced that Jami McGuigan has joined its Select Canada team as a talent manager, according to Deadline.
McGuigan will focus on digital talk show and format creators, helping clients develop original programming and brand partnerships. She brings clients with her, including Michael Mendieta and Roxie Nafousi.
Select Canada opened its Toronto office in January, the company's first international location. Since that launch, the division has grown from 20 to more than 40 creators on its roster.
In July, Select announced the promotion of talent manager Paul Luckenbaugh to Head of Theatrical Talent. The company's Orange County spin-off of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is set for release on November 12.
McGuigan previously worked at The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Broadway Video, Comic Relief, Equality Now and Bell Media.
