Skydance unveiled its board of directors on October 10, 2026, effective immediately, led by chairman and CEO David Ellison, according to Deadline.
Laurene Powell Jobs, founder and president of Emerson Collective, and Bobby Kotick, founder and former CEO of Activision, joined the board as independent directors. Former UK Prime Minister Tony Blair will join Skydance as a Board Advisor.
Co-CEO Ynon Kreiz also holds a seat on the board, which includes directors continuing from the board of Paramount.
The announcement follows Paramount being renamed Skydance after closing its merger with Warner Bros. Discovery.
