The film is directed by Kitao Sakurai and is set in 1993. It follows estranged Street Fighters Ryu, played by Koji, and Ken Masters, played by Centineo, who are recruited by Chun-Li, played by Callina Liang, for the World Warrior Tournament.
The cast also includes Joe "Roman Reigns" Anoai as Akuma, David Dastmalchian as M. Bison, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Andrew Schulz as Dan Hibiki, Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim, Eric André as Don Sauvage, Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson as Balrog, and Jason Momoa as Blanka.
