The Terminal List Season 2 Returns to Prime Video After Four Years
Prime Video's action series The Terminal List is back for Season 2 this month, following a four-year gap and a spin-off, Dark Wolf.
Prime Video's action series The Terminal List returns for its second season this month, marking the show's first new episodes in four years. The first season premiered in 2022.
The gap between seasons was filled by a spin-off, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf, which was released in the interim. The second season now arrives after that four-year break.
Chris Pratt, who leads the series, has also starred in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the Jurassic World films. His animated work includes The Super Mario Bros. Movie and The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, which have grossed a combined total of nearly $2.5 billion worldwide.
Long breaks between seasons have become a familiar pattern for streaming action series. Netflix's The Gentlemen debuted in 2024 and lost 45% of its viewers upon its return this year after a two-year break. Citadel returned after a three-year gap earlier this year, with spin-offs between seasons, and Season 2's response was deeply concerning. Whether The Terminal List can avoid a similar fate will become clear as viewers return to the show this month.
