Actor Ryuta Sato has been announced as the ambassador for Tokyo Comic Con 2026, which runs at Makuhari Messe in Chiba from December 11 to 13, according to cinematoday.jp.
Akari Takeuchi, Rina Katsuta and Karin Miyamoto were also announced as special support supporters for December 12, the second day of the event.
This year's edition marks the 10th anniversary of Tokyo Comic Con, which was first held in 2016, and carries the theme "BEYOND".
Announced visiting celebrities include Nicolas Cage, Giancarlo Esposito, the Phelps brothers, Jamie Campbell Bower, Mads Mikkelsen, Daniel Logan, John Cena and Melissa Benoist.
