Vizio unveils original holiday film for WatchFree+

Vizio announced an original holiday film titled Jingle Bells Wedding Bells, starring Rachel Bilson and Scott Foley, at Advertising Week in New York on a Wednesday. The film will premiere exclusively on Vizio's WatchFree+ platform this holiday season, with Geico as presenting sponsor.
Jingle Bells Wedding Bells is produced by ITV America Nashville and Happy Accidents. The announcement was part of a broader content expansion for WatchFree+.
Vizio said WatchFree+ is deepening ties with MGM, NBCUniversal, Disney, A&E and A24. Titles being added this fall include The Good Doctor, Chicago Fire, Law & Order, Property Brothers and Little House on the Prairie.
More than 40 creator-led FAST channels are coming to the platform across comedy, food, gaming, family, lifestyle, sports and travel. Among the creator-led series is Holiday Chocolate Workshop, centered on chocolatier Amaury Guichon.
Vizio said its OS now reaches 32 million yearly active devices, up 20% year-over-year, and WatchFree+ viewing hours are up 58% year-over-year. WatchFree+ offers more than 45,000 film and TV titles and more than 400 live and local channels. Vizio was acquired by Walmart in 2024 and has not regularly released viewership data since ceasing to be a public company.
