Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 Returns January 13, 2027

A first look at Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man Season 2 was revealed during the Marvel Television and Animation panel at New York Comic Con, according to Collider. The footage emphasized the presence of Venom, and the season is set to return on January 13, 2027.

Season 2 will feature classic villains Rhino and Lizard alongside Venom. Gwen Stacy will also appear in the new episodes as Ghost Spider.

The announcement arrives two years after the series first reimagined the MCU origins of Peter Parker. D23 attendees got an early look at footage of the wall-crawler back in action ahead of the Comic Con reveal.

Season 1 ended with the reveal that Peter's father, Richard, is alive and in prison. Norman's dangerous work on Project Manhattan left Peter disillusioned with his mentor, and he is now working with Harry on his own company.
