AhnLab Showcases IT-OT CPS Security at Tokyo Event
AhnLab presented its AhnLab XTD and AhnLab EPS solutions at Security Days Fall 2026 Tokyo, highlighting defense against ransomware and threats to production equipment.
AhnLab took part in Security Days Fall 2026 Tokyo, held in Tokyo from October 21 to 23, running an exhibition booth and a presentation session, according to digitaltoday.co.kr. At the event, the company presented its IT-OT integrated cyber-physical system (CPS) security approach.
AhnLab showcased its OT network security solution AhnLab XTD, which detects threats spreading within OT networks as well as threats entering from IT networks. The company also highlighted malware detection capabilities aimed at responding to ransomware and protecting production equipment.
The company's OT endpoint security solution AhnLab EPS uses a lightweight design and supports older OS versions whose security patches have ended.
A manager at AhnLab Japan, Kurokawa Masaomi, gave a conference session titled "The optimal solution for CPS security becoming more sophisticated in the AI era."
Tsubaki Yoji, country manager of AhnLab Japan, said Japanese customers have high interest in AI-based security and in CPS security for manufacturing site operational stability and ransomware response.
