Anycubic Kobra X drops to $299.99 for Prime members on Amazon

The multicolor 3D printer is $60 below its $359.99 MSRP in a limited-time deal through Anycubic's Amazon store, according to Tom's Hardware.

Anycubic's Kobra X Multicolor 3D Printer is available for $299.99 to Amazon Prime members for a limited time, down from its $359.99 MSRP. The $60 discount, about 17%, is offered through the Anycubic store on Amazon, according to Tom's Hardware.

The outlet reports that the deal marks the Kobra X's lowest price since the printer reached retail availability.

The Kobra X is a multicolor machine built around the company's ACE Gen 2 multimaterial system, with a 260 x 260 x 260mm build volume and print speeds up to 600mm/s. It also carries a 720P camera and AI-driven error detection, and can be expanded to 19 colors with four ACE 2 Pro units.

Tom's Hardware reviewed the Kobra X in February and gave it a 4.5/5 score along with an Editor's Choice award. In the outlet's testing, a four-color print involving 776 color swaps finished 10 hours faster on the Kobra X than on the Bambu Lab A1.

The printer launched earlier this year, with consumer shipments beginning in late March and early April.
