Apple's HomePod page updated with Siri AI glow hints

Apple has updated the product page for the second-generation full-size HomePod, adding Siri examples in the gradient style used for Siri AI. The change was spotted by a tipster on X, according to gsmarena.com.

The glow shown on top of the full-size HomePod on the page matches the one displayed on the HomePod mini 2. Alt text for the full-size HomePod image in Apple's online store comparison section reads "multi-colored Siri AI glow on top".

Apple has not officially said Siri AI is coming to the full-size HomePod. The company unveiled the HomeView smart display, the new Apple TV 4K, the HomePod mini 2 and the Apple Home Collection on October 13, 2026, all of which support Siri AI.

In September 2026, Bloomberg's Mark Gurman reported that Apple plans to update the full-size HomePod "eventually", while also noting that Siri AI still isn't available in the EU due to Apple's feud with European regulators. Gurman thinks Siri AI may reach the EU about five months after its launch elsewhere in the "absolute best-case scenario" — much like Apple Intelligence did last year. Apple says the HomeView won't be sold in the EU at all.
