Douzone Bizon signed a memorandum of understanding with law firm Shin & Kim on 23 October to jointly serve corporate demand for AI governance and compliance, security systems and legal risk management, the company announced.
Under the agreement, Shin & Kim will carry out legal and regulatory analysis of AI, design compliance and security systems, and build risk assessment and control frameworks.
Douzone Bizon will analyse client workflows and systems to build AI governance, security systems and dashboards, and support the technical implementation linked to ERP and other business systems.
The two companies plan to extend their cooperation from the financial sector to regulated industries including healthcare.
