Hashed touts agent-first work model at Seoul's Nitro Track Day
CEO Kim Seojun said humans should set goals and take responsibility while AI agents do the work, as Hashed seeks founding teams building agent-human structures.
Hashed held its Nitro Track Day event at its lounge in Gangnam, Seoul, on October 22, 2026, where CEO Kim Seojun presented an agent-first approach to work and said the firm is looking for founding teams that build agent-human team structures.
Kim said AI agents should do the actual work, while humans design the work structure, set goals and take responsibility for results. He added that Hashed is applying this agent-based work system inside its own organization.
According to Kim, the firm is seeking founding teams that implement human-on-the-loop collaboration at the team and organization level, not only at the individual level.
Hashed pointed to two of its own projects as examples. V, an Asia-optimized agent service the firm developed through venture building, generated over 4,100 pull requests in the past month. Morphio, an AI app that produces animation from text or comic panels, uses agents to create content.
The event was organized to connect AI product founders and developers and to build an ongoing builder community.
