Hyper Corporation to Raise 11 Billion Won via Third-Party Allotment

Hyper Corporation disclosed on October 14, 2026 that it will issue 8,352,315 common shares in a third-party allotment capital increase to raise 11 billion won.

The new shares have a par value of 1,000 won and an issue price of 1,317 won, calculated by applying a 10% discount to the base price of 1,463 won. The board of directors resolved on the capital increase on October 13, 2026. The 11 billion won raised breaks down into 6 billion won for operating funds and 5 billion won for other purposes.

Payment date is November 11, 2026 at Kookmin Bank Hakdong branch, and the listing date is scheduled for December 2, 2026. All issued shares are subject to a one-year lock-up, and the securities registration statement is exempt.

After the paid-in capital increase, AI Value Creation New Technology Investment Fund and related parties will hold 8,570,755 shares, becoming the new largest shareholder, replacing JK New Technology Investment Fund No. 12 with 4,496,819 shares. Plutos Investment holds a 50% stake as general partner, and GMI Venture is the representative partner.
