Apple's iOS 27.2 Beta Expands Siri AI to 5 More Languages

The second public beta of iOS 27.2 also adds dual-camera FaceTime, Apple TV Multiview, and a redesigned Health app with Insights and Longevity tabs.

Apple released the second public beta of iOS 27.2 on October 6, according to CNET. The build expands Siri AI to French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish, and brings a set of feature updates to FaceTime, Podcasts, Apple TV and the Health app.

In FaceTime, the beta lets users run the front and rear cameras at the same time during calls. The Podcasts app gains New Episodes and Continue Playing rows on its Home tab, while the Apple TV app adds TV Profiles and Multiview, which supports up to four live sports streams at once.

The Health app is redesigned in the beta with Insights and Longevity tabs. Code inside the build also points to a feature called AutoLock, reportedly an anti-theft tool.
