Koh Young to Exhibit at NEPCON ASIA 2026 After China AI Server Orders

Koh Young Technology said on October 21 that it will take part in NEPCON ASIA 2026, the electronics manufacturing exhibition opening in Shenzhen, China, on October 27, according to Digital Today.

The company said it secured new orders from China's largest AI server supply chain ahead of the show. At its booth, Koh Young will display semiconductor inspection equipment, 3D solder paste inspection equipment, 3D component mounting inspection equipment, 3D transparent object inspection equipment and AI smart factory solutions.

Koh Young said it plans to use the exhibition to identify potential customers and secure new business opportunities.

China AI investment forecast

NEPCON ASIA is described as a major Asian exhibition that brings together companies and experts in semiconductor packaging and testing, automotive electronics and smart factories.

In the third quarter of this year, Koh Young said the number of its AI server-related customers in China was increasing. Research firm Rho Motion Group forecast that Chinese AI companies and related businesses will invest about 188 trillion won in AI infrastructure this year.
